Shipping
Processing times are between 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 1-5 business days after being shipped (depending on your shipping selection) for your order to arrive.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to correct the issue.
Packages with invalid addresses are typically returned to us. We will ship it back out to you but will send you an invoice for the additional/new shipping costs.

Order
When you make your purchase, you should get a shipping confirmation email with a button link to view your order. From there, you should be able to track it.
If you cannot find your package, please call your local USPS post office and provide them you’re your tracking number. They are very helpful in figuring out what has happened to your package.
For those who are receiving a USPS package wait one or two full days after the stated date of delivery. It could be delivered the next day, or one of your neighbors may accidentally receive your package. Make sure to check with your neighbors to make sure they didn’t receive your package.
Order Issues
Upon receiving your order, please check it right away and reach out to us if there is any defect, damage, or if you received an incorrect item. This allows us to assess the problem and take appropriate action to resolve it. If more than 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, we may no longer be able to address the issue.

Uploading Digital Downloads
After checkout, once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email from noreply@sendowl.com with your download link(s). Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it ends up there.
Click the link in the email to fetch your file(s). Once your download is complete, open your file(s) in your favorite PDF reader and select “Import as New Document.”
And that’s it — you’re ready to study.
