If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date. This allows us time to help resolve any issues with your order or with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resolve issues reported after 7 days.
Shipping & Processing Times
Sonographer In The Making processes and ships orders within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 8:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the next business day.
